Work on implementation and/or rollout projects for the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module, from blueprint through go-live and hypercare;
Conduct requirements-gathering workshops (AS-IS/TO-BE) with HR and IT to design the goals and performance appraisal process;
Prepare solution design and functional documentation (e.g., mappings, decisions, rules, and cycle flows);
Configure and parametrize PMGM according to the project scope, including evaluation cycles, periods and stages, templates/assessment scripts and sections, goal definition and cascading (where applicable), workflows, permissions/visibility and business rules;
Support test design and execution (SIT/UAT), including preparation of scenarios, support for key users, evidence recording and defect remediation;
Support cutover and go-live activities, ensuring cycle readiness (final configurations, validations and change communications);
Troubleshoot processes, rules and potential impacts of integrations related to PMGM, working with technical teams when necessary;
Produce and maintain project documentation (test scripts, quick reference guides, training materials and adoption support);
Guide and train key users, HR analysts and managers during the project, supporting change management;
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and vendors to align dependencies, risks and design decisions;
Ensure PMGM alignment with the client’s HR policies and processes and with SAP best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors – PMGM (Performance & Goals), with significant involvement in implementation/rollout projects;
Strong knowledge of PMGM configuration: evaluation cycles, templates, sections, assessment scripts, workflows and rules;
Experience in requirements gathering and design of performance and goal management processes;
Hands-on experience with testing (SIT/UAT), supporting key users and managing defect resolution;
Familiarity (at least at a functional level) with SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., Integration Center, APIs, connectors) and ability to support failure analysis;
Ability to prepare functional/technical documentation (solution design, mappings, scripts and evidence);
Good verbal and written communication, organization and teamwork skills;
SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification;
Knowledge of other modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Learning);
Intermediate to advanced English;
Participation in upgrade projects and release preparation (impact planning and regression testing);
Knowledge of performance appraisal and goal management methodologies;
Ability to run workshops and deliver trainings (both functional and end-user).
