Work on end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) (Blueprint → Realization/Configuration → Testing → Cutover → Go-live/Hypercare);
Lead requirements-gathering workshops (AS-IS/TO-BE) with HR and IT, ensuring understanding and validation of business needs;
Prepare solution design and functional documentation (e.g., mappings, rules, flows, decisions, and assumptions);
Perform Employee Central configuration and parameterization according to project scope (structures, events, workflows, business rules, permissions);
Support data migration strategy and execution (templates, validations, loads, reconciliation, and data cleansing);
Plan and execute SIT/UAT testing, support key users, record evidence, and assist with defect remediation;
Troubleshoot processes and integrations related to EC during the project (in coordination with technical/integration teams when applicable);
Support cutover activities, preparation of the production environment, and go-live tasks to ensure stability and transition to operations;
Contribute to change management (communications, materials, training) and enablement of key users/end users when needed;
Interact with internal teams and clients to monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and scope alignments;
Ensure HR processes adhere to SAP best practices and the approved design, maintaining quality and traceability of deliverables.
Requirements
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (EC), with significant involvement in implementation projects;
Experience conducting requirements gathering, solution design, and EC configuration;
Knowledge of EC parameterization/configuration (e.g., organizational structures, workflows, business rules, permissions/RBP);
Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), supporting key users, and handling defects;
Understanding of HR processes and fundamentals of organizational structure;
Experience (at least at a functional level) with SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., Integration Center, APIs, connectors), including the ability to support failure analysis;
Ability to produce project functional/technical documentation (solution design, mappings, test scripts, cutover plan);
Skill in process mapping and business rule analysis;
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a project environment;
Team player with strong interaction skills for stakeholders (HR, IT, security, integrations, and vendors).
