Play a key role in the success of our organisational change
Support changes to business processes, technologies, and systems
Develop and implement the project’s change management approach
Conduct impact assessments and change-readiness evaluations
Identify key stakeholders, and design, deliver, and manage all communications and stakeholder engagement activities
Maintain and execute stakeholder communication plans
Define success metrics, capture and analyse data
Coach and support executives, leaders, and people managers
Requirements
Extensive experience delivering change and communication activities across large-scale technology and transformation projects (preferably within Government)
Formal qualifications in Change Management, Communications, or a related field
Strong stakeholder-management capability at all levels
Conducting Business Impact Assessments and performing stakeholder analysis
Ability to design, execute, and embed Change Management and Communications Plans
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capability
Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance, willing to uplift to an NV-1
