Design, develop, and deploy business solutions using Microsoft Power BI
Manage the Power BI service and admin functions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable solutions
Integrate solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems
Conduct thorough testing of Power BI solutions and deploy to production
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Power BI solutions
Manage Power BI Administration tasks
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Develop and publish Paginated Reports and integrate them into Power BI Service
Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, report performance, and data quality issues

5+ years of hands-on Power BI development and Power BI Service Admin experience
5+ years developing and optimizing DAX calculations—including KPI measures, time‑intelligence logic, and calculated tables
Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Azure
Understanding of Dataverse
Experience with data modeling and database concepts
Experience with programming languages such as T-SQL, Python or R
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management principles
Experience designing and developing data warehouse solutions
