Senior Vice President, Ambulatory RCM – Northeast

Role Overview

• Collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments.
• Assess the current performance of acute revenue cycle operations.
• Build relationships with clients to expand business and financial outcomes.
• Implement product and service suite with clients to drive business outcomes.
• Partner with technology teams to deploy workflow engines to drive outcomes.
• Analyze business metrics trends and respond to client feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services.
• 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
• Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.
• Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
• Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
