About this role
Role Overview
Provide initial technical support and handle routine post-sale support assignments
Perform case intake, triage, and analysis to understand reported issues
Collect and condense evidence from clients
Remove ambiguity by consulting documentation and reproducing issues
Summarize complex cases for escalation to next-tier support
Triage and resolve support cases from administrators, faculty, and staff
Maintain friendly and professional communication
Work cross-functionally with Product Support and Engineering teams
Proactively look for solutions and propose workflow improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder or at least 2 years in college
1-2 years of Customer Service
Technical Support Experience
Above average to excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
Analytical skills and adaptability to changing processes
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Must work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must follow strict guidelines and SOPs
Amenable to work in shifting schedules and PH holidays
