You coordinate the supply chain process within Purchasing, from ordering to delivery
You plan, monitor, and coordinate procurement deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and optimal product availability
You communicate with internal (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external (suppliers, service providers) stakeholders
You identify improvement opportunities in the procurement supply chain process and drive efficiency gains through implementation
You participate in various projects (e.g., process automation)

You have completed vocational training or have solid professional experience in purchasing or process optimization
You have already gained user and customization experience in an ERP system
You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes
You have a quick grasp and a strategic, entrepreneurial, and conceptual way of thinking
You have excellent Excel skills, high data affinity, and an interest in digital topics
You work precisely and in a structured way; your strengths include communication and teamwork
You enjoy managing interfaces both within the company and externally
You have very good German language skills
