Provide functional and technical support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, Nintex
Maintain and improve system availability, performance, and functionality
Be available after hours to provide emergency support
Gather and document functional requirements
Develop documentation of functional/technical design specifications
Configure SharePoint to support requirements and design of proposed tools/sites
Produce and maintain documentation for SharePoint systems and solutions
Champion technical governance and guidelines for Microsoft 365 automation tools
Participate in planning, execution, and testing of SharePoint and tools, version upgrades, 3rd party solutions, and integration with other applications
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years SharePoint experience, OR 8 years relevant experience without a degree
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Flexibility to adapt to new tools and technologies; must be a self-starter who can work independently
Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities
