3+ years’ people leadership experience
Preference given to candidates with SaaS technical implementations or Veterinary hospital leadership
Strong business acumen with an understanding of software deployment (onboarding, implementation)
Ability to inspire, educate, and build a high performing team culture during times of change
Strong technical aptitude for cloud-based software paired with business acumen
Exceptional goal-guided servant leadership skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
