About this role
Role Overview
Drive increased demand and market share for promoted products through visits to physicians and key business customers;
Register and periodically evaluate the medical database assigned by the business unit, according to the targeting and segmentation criteria proposed by the productivity area;
Promote ABBOTT medicines to the medical community by providing scientific information and product benefits within your therapeutic area, discussing pathologies, clinical contexts, and the advantages of the recommended medications;
Plan sales visits, define engagement strategies, maintain follow-up using company tools, meet visit targets according to defined frequency and sequencing criteria, and maintain the company's required controls and records by preparing activity reports;
Visit pharmacies within your assigned territory to collect information on inventory and sales of EPD products, and assess distribution;
Participate in congresses and medical events in your area of activity to optimize the medical database and strengthen relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and medical societies relevant to the business;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields
Experience with route planning/territory management
Proven sales techniques
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Availability to travel
Valid driver's license (CNH) required
