You are the main contact (m/f/d) for all technical questions on site.
You independently organize and coordinate your workday.
Maintenance and repair of gaming machines, entertainment systems, security technology and building systems.
Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Documentation of service calls.
Support for refits and new openings.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
Handling customer complaints.
Requirements
You enjoy working in technical or hands-on fields and bring relevant experience (e.g., electrician, plumber/installer, mechatronics technician, etc.) (m/f/d).
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in gaming and entertainment technology (desirable).
You have technical aptitude and practical skills.
You have an independent and committed working style.
You are a team player and possess fair leadership qualities.
You hold at least a Class B driving license.
