Over 10 years of experience with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
Experience in the IT industry, with a focus on Automation
Experience working with Japanese clients
Excellent Japanese language skills in both translation and interpretation
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level N1 or N2
Ability to adopt new technologies to meet evolving customer and business requirements
Significant experience and sound judgment in planning and achieving objectives
Proven hands-on experience in Scrum or Project Management
Basic IT architectural knowledge
