Build and maintain strong relationships with tier one clients and sales partners in the Nordic region.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and sales partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new key accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding market share.
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company goals
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned key accounts.
Work closely with the sales team to drive overall business success.
Requirements
Deep knowhow or at least, strong interest, for hardware and software in computer technology, embedded computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc
Effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or in customer oriented jobs such as FAE, Project Manager, Solution architect, etc… in the electronic area preferably embedded computing
Strong interest in sales and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed within the Nordic region (around 20% of time).
