About this role
Role Overview
Support the development and updating of the product roadmap, especially on integration topics, aligned with Serasa Experian's business objectives;
Assist in defining requirements, writing functional documentation, and tracking requests with the technology team;
Participate in discovery routines, requirements gathering, and hypothesis validation with internal and external users;
Contribute to the creation and organization of technical documentation (APIs, webhooks, flows, integrations);
Monitor product metrics such as transaction volumes, integration errors, API adoption, among others;
Perform market analysis and benchmarking to support the team's strategic initiatives;
Collaborate with partner areas (commercial/sales, onboarding, risk, governance, and engineering) to ensure clarity and alignment in deliveries;
Support the preparation of materials, presentations, and communications related to the product.
Requirements
Ongoing or completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Economics, or related fields;
Demonstrated interest in digital products, especially in a B2B context;
Basic knowledge (or strong willingness to learn) of:
APIs;
Webhooks;
Basic integration architecture (sync/async);
Data modeling or data flow;
Ability to write clear technical and functional documentation;
Plus: prior experience or curiosity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, Microsoft Office;
Plus: intermediate or advanced English;
Previous experience (internship, academic project, bootcamp, etc.) with APIs, digital products, or data analysis;
Basic knowledge of risk products, transactions, or analytical models.
