About this role
Role Overview
Manage the onboarding team and handle issues, escalations for implementation projects
Independently handle the implementation and provide solutions to technical/functional issues
Possess strong product knowledge in at least 3 of the areas (SP, FP & AO, CKB, CC, Reporting)
Lead a team of 5-10 people independently
Review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade
Requirements
7-10 years of work experience
Experience in Category Management products
Experience working on Azure & understanding Azure landscape
Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting
Nice to have – Proficiency in Windows/Unix commands and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of Control-M & other CLM/BL tools
Working knowledge of various infrastructure components like Network, SFTP, Database etc.
