About this role
Role Overview
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define project objectives and scope
- Work on Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys, Forecasting, Product launch support, Patient adherence, Physician/Account Targeting, Payer Mix, Marketing Impact and ROIs
- Lead pharma data explorations, data deep dives and recommend data sources for analysis
- Act as thought partner and provide high quality analytics solutions
- Understand stakeholder needs, prioritize and manage day to day tasks
- Motivate, mentor and coach junior members on the team
- Be involved in decision making and contribute to key initiatives to grow GATE team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B Tech / B.E.
- Any Specialization (Computer Science preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics / consulting
- 4-6 years of experience in delivering analytics projects in Pharma / Biotech / Healthcare
- Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science or related field preferred
- Any certifications on analytics or data science would be an added advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite, SQL and Python.
- Good to have working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, QuickView, Alteryx.
