Defining product requirements, prioritising features and partnering with engineering, design and operations to deliver high‑quality products
Translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlogs and delivery outcomes
Balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical feasibility to deliver scalable, user‑centred product solutions
Using analytics, research and customer insights to guide prioritisation and measure success
Ensuring alignment with internal standards, governance frameworks and enterprise direction
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining transparency on priorities, progress, risks and service performance
Identifying opportunities to improve product quality, delivery efficiency and team collaboration
Requirements
3–6 years’ experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role
Demonstrated experience delivering measurable value for users and the business
Skilled in collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience, and agile delivery practices
Ability to translate business processes and customer insights into product concepts and solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Experience supporting digital channels or customer-facing products in large, complex organisations.
