About this role
Role Overview
- Receive and handle software and hardware issues reported by our staff on site
- Install and configure IT workstation environments
- Analyze incidents, including prioritization and classification in the ticketing system
- Install and configure applications and server services
- Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of IT projects
- Collaborate closely with downstream support units
- Manage and monitor tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in information technology
- Ideally, experience in Windows Server administration
- Service-oriented, strong communicator and team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated and committed
