Requirements
Minimum 3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
3-5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects
Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
Should be able to manage clients up to Tier 3 support
Must have prior PPS/AMS experience
Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
Extensive knowledge of Excel
Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
