About this role
Role Overview
User support & assistance
Take ownership of and resolve Level 2 (L2) technical incidents (workstations, software, basic network).
Provide on-site support to employees.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions.
Escalate complex incidents to Level 3 (L3) or specialized teams.
Workstation management
Install, configure and update Windows 10 / Windows 11 workstations.
Deploy images and perform system imaging/mastering.
Replace and configure hardware components.
Administration & tools
Manage user accounts via Active Directory (creation, deletion, permissions, groups).
Manage and track tickets using an ITSM tool.
Install and configure line-of-business applications.
Projects & technical support
Participate in internal IT projects (deployments, migrations, hardware refreshes…).
Create and update technical documentation.
Raise awareness and support users on best practices.
Requirements
Education in IT (minimum two-year degree such as BTS SIO, DUT in Computer Science or equivalent)
Proven experience in on-site Level 2 (L2) support.
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 environments.
Skills in Active Directory, ticketing tools, and Microsoft 365.
Networking knowledge is a plus.
