Senior Portfolio Manager

Role Overview

• Leads planning, oversight, and coordination of portfolios within a domain
• Partners with product managers on intake and demand planning
• Engages disciplines across technology team for capacity planning
• Utilizes defined practices and tools to track delivery progress
• Acts as a mentor and coach to portfolio managers
• Develops stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple portfolios
• Manages risks and issues at portfolio and domain levels
• Guides the implementation of policy and design initiatives

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in field overall
• 7+ years’ experience managing large complex technology portfolios
• 6+ years of experience planning multiple functional and/or technical portfolios with a combined investment of $20M+
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of designing best practices in portfolio management
• 3+ years of technical program management experience
• 3+ years’ experience working within a product driven organization
• PfMP, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• Experience and certification in SaFE methodology
• Managerial experience interpreting strategy and policy to deliver objectives
