As a Junior Controller (all genders), you will actively support our company-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation project and gain comprehensive insight into the processes across the DATAGROUP organization.
In addition to controlling, you will become familiar with related areas such as accounting, billing, procurement, and sales.
You will work closely with colleagues and consultants, support with subject-matter questions, and prepare presentations as well as process and workflow descriptions.
Together with the project team, you will train future users and provide the necessary know-how to work with our systems.
You will learn our tools and processes from the ground up, qualifying you for a later role in controlling support for one or more DATAGROUP companies.
You will also actively participate in future change processes and the integration of new companies.

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in a commercial environment — motivated career starters are also welcome.
You enjoy thinking holistically, have a good business and process understanding, and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex contexts.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are interested in learning our commercial and logistics SAP processes.
Very good German skills (C1 level), both written and spoken, complete your profile.
You are willing to travel for workshops and ERP implementations (approx. 50%).
