About this role
Role Overview
- Assisting with the provision of advice on the structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled investment funds
- On-going advice to Irish funds authorised as UCITS, RIAIFs, ELTIFs and QIAIFs
- Advice to management companies authorised as UCITS ManCos and AIFMs
- Drafting and reviewing documentation relevant to investment funds and their managers
- Negotiating agreements with service providers
- Managing assigned matters and liaising with other team members
- Creating and maintaining relationships with client and industry contacts
- Assisting with legal and regulatory development project management
- Assisting with preparation of client advisories and updates
Requirements
- PQE 3-5 years
- Experience in asset management and investment funds
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
- A high level of commercial and business awareness
- A calm and measured approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ability to grasp and project plan for new regulatory developments
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines
