About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure our key analytics application, Amplitude, is instrumented to produce reliable data.
- Continually review the set up of Amplitude.
- Co-ordinate with data architects and engineers to build new data processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of Wood Mackenzie’s products.
- Work with Product teams to draw insights from product usage data.
- Ensure valid usage data is used by Customer Success teams.
- Develop each team member as a data analyst and SME.
Requirements
- Proven analytical capabilities.
- Highly proficient in manipulating large sets of data, building data models and visualising data.
- Proven quality assurance skills.
- Experienced team leader and manager.
- Preferred knowledge of Amplitude and PowerBI or similar analytics applications.
- Preferred knowledge of SQL, Python, DAX.
- Deep understanding of modern data architecture.
- Ability to take complex data points and distil them.
