About this role
Role Overview
- Provides advanced technical expertise in the analysis, design, implementation, administration, security, maintenance, and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise infrastructure systems and network services platforms
- Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to incidents escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2
- Creates and maintains comprehensive system documentation
- Participates in the identification of vulnerabilities and their mitigation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent knowledge
- Eight years of related professional experience
- Advanced IT Industry certifications including, but not limited to, Microsoft technologies (cloud and on-prem), CompTIA, etc.
- Familiar with standard operating procedures and best practices in technology areas
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) and ADFS in hybrid environments
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) Conditional Access Policies, AAD Connect
- Experience using Microsoft PowerShell across different Microsoft ecosystem
