Junior Process and QA Specialist

Role Overview

• Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to ensure standards are met.
• Analyze audit results to identify quality issues, recurring trends, and areas for improvement, and support corrective actions.
• Develop, update, and document processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Suggest process improvements and support implementation of optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and quality standards.
• Perform testing as needed to verify processes or system changes.
• Assist team members and provide support as required, including training and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of process management and quality assurance methods.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to report findings clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong Google Sheet skills.
