About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborate with business partners to understand pain points, inefficiencies, and reporting needs
- Identify opportunities to improve how work is performed through thoughtful process design and low code solutions
- Design, build, and maintain solutions of increasing complexity using Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform services
- Support and enhance existing solutions by troubleshooting issues, incorporating feedback, and iterating on design
- Continuously expand your technical skill set by learning new platform features, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of applicable experience
- Applicable professional certifications
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experience building or maintaining reports, dashboards, or analytical outputs (Power BI or similar tools)
- Experience working with data, reporting, or business processes
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them to real business problems
- Interest in low code development, process improvement, or workflow design
- Strong problem solving skills and a desire to improve how work gets done
- Comfort learning technical concepts, even if prior hands on experience is limited
- Curiosity, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to grow.
