- Perform the task of benefit education and validation
- Face to face review of inpatient benefits
- Collect inpatient liabilities throughout Ensemble Health Partners
- Handle accurate verification and calculation of patient liabilities
- Make follow-up phone calls to patients unable to make payment while in-house
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
