Drive and execute key transformation projects, including AI-enabled initiatives and organizational change programs.
Ensure continuity of people processes during periods of strategic and leadership change, supporting business stability and operational consistency.
Drive ongoing improvements and scalability of People processes to keep pace with changing Technology and Business landscape.
Oversee the Mumbai office experience, including day-to-day employee engagement, leadership visibility.
Serve as a cultural representative, helping to shape and sustain LRN’s values-driven environment.
Represent People & Culture on the leadership team at Mumbai contributing to regional-level strategy.
Leverage HR data and analytics to enhance talent strategy, identify risks, and guide data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
Develop analytics and data-driven insights for board level reporting, providing a comprehensive view of the company’s talent landscape.
Requirements
Minimum of 13 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing HR for a large vertical or function.
Proven success as a strategic HR business partner with regional and global exposure, particularly across India and APAC.
Skilled in partnering with senior leadership to navigate complex talent challenges and people-related decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and change management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Strong track record in designing and implementing talent management strategies that support high-performance cultures.
