Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the CRM from various sources.
Configure and manage API connections, middleware, and integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Maintain data quality by implementing validation rules, deduplication processes, and error handling mechanisms.
Document integration processes, data mappings, and workflows for future reference.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Stay updated on CRM platform capabilities, integration technologies, and industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in CRM data integration, data engineering, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot) and their integration capabilities.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory) and API integration.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and middleware solutions.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
