Role Overview
Build LinkedIn into a sales system
Develop & implement holistic LinkedIn strategies for B2B clients
Clearly map each piece of content to a stage of the funnel
Systematically build trust, intent & conversations
Psychologically effective content
Write posts with a clear purpose (insight, trust, action)
Hooks based on fears, frustrations, goals & decision triggers
Storytelling instead of technical essays
Use lead magnets (PDFs, newsletters, case studies)
Profile optimization with a conversion focus
Positioning & messaging in headline, About, banner & featured section
Build funnel elements (CTA, lead magnet, meeting booking)
Develop DM & messaging systems
Requirements
Experience with B2B / SaaS
Master psychological copywriting
Bring funnel & conversion thinking
Be comfortable with sales-oriented work and DMs
Work in a structured, independent and opinionated way
Write German at native-speaker level
Speak very good English (French/Italian = plus)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with lead magnets & funnels
Understanding of automations & AI tools (e.g., Salesflow, Lemlist – not required but an advantage)
