Requirements
Setting the strategic direction and roadmap for project delivery and project management tools, based on requirements from teams across the organisation.
Managing and prioritising product backlogs, ensuring updates, enhancements and fixes deliver clear benefits.
Working with technical specialists and suppliers to ensure tools are configured, supported and improved effectively.
Supporting, coaching and training colleagues so tools are well‑understood and widely adopted across IT teams.
Leading change activities, including communication and coordination of training during new releases or updates.
