About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute the commercial strategy
Prospect and convert new clients for our electricity supply offerings, leveraging your existing network and building new accounts
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, meetings, needs analysis, value proposition, negotiation, closing
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (executive management, procurement, etc.)
Structure partnerships that support commercial development (referral partners, energy ecosystem players)
Report market signals (customer needs, competitive dynamics, price/contract trends) to inform company strategy
Contribute to the implementation of commercial tools and processes (CRM, pipeline, KPIs, forecasting) to support growth
Requirements
10+ years of B2B business development experience, ideally in electricity supply or related services
Strong experience with the industrial segment (SMEs/ETIs/large accounts) and complex sales cycles
Active network of clients and decision-makers (energy buyers, operational management, executive leadership, etc.)
Deep understanding of electricity-related issues: contracts, pricing, consumption profiles, securing supply, decarbonization
Proven ability to open accounts, negotiate and close significant contracts
Comfortable in a high-growth environment, with strong autonomy and a "build" mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, commercial awareness and advisory posture
Sensitivity to energy transition challenges and interest in innovative solutions
