About this role
Role Overview
Design and deploy applied AI solutions
including copilots, agent-based workflows, and intelligent automations that enhance analytics, streamline decision-support processes, and integrate into existing business platforms.
Translate business needs into scalable solutions by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-enabled automation and analytics.
Develop and maintain analytics products (dashboards, reports, KPIs) that provide clear visibility into financial performance, operational metrics, and organizational priorities.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability by collaborating with internal teams to align on data definitions, governance standards, and best practices.
Contribute to responsible AI adoption by supporting documentation, SOPs, and guardrails related to analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
Participate in broader BO&SA initiatives, including platform enhancements, process improvements, and operational analytics beyond AI-specific projects.
Requirements
Minimum BA/BS in economics, data science, computer science, business, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or data-focused role.
Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results.
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code programming tools.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Fabric or other end-to-end data management platforms.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI agent development platforms.
Familiarity with applied AI concepts such as copilots, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
