Revise and establish advanced operations processes
Mentor product analytics team
Build new analytics and reporting capabilities to support product evaluation and operations
Intake on business needs and apply contextual knowledge in order to scope data requests, synthesize insights, and recommend solutions in collaboration with others
Work with product leaders to enable market-facing solutions using data insights
Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners and internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
Establish A/B testing processes across product teams
Assist with talent acquisition efforts and facilitate training programs within team.

Experience in leading projects and mentoring teams of data analysts.
Strong desire to collaborate and ability to come up with creative solutions.
SQL/Database experience is required
Advanced working knowledge and experience with Python
A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets
Experience in fintech, finance, or trading
Experience in machine learning, deep learning, search, data science, or computer vision is a big plus
