Role Overview
- Build and enhance internal systems and platforms.
- Develop and improve backend components.
- Build robust APIs for internal and external use.
- Work closely with the Head of IT and current backend developer to accelerate development projects.
- Contribute ideas and improvements for platform growth.
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience
- Expertise in .NET / ASP.NET
- Experience building APIs
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a structured but autonomous environment
Bonus / Nice to Have:
- Knowledge or interest in AI / AI tooling.
- Experience in Microsoft-heavy environments.
- Exposure to C# and VB.NET (C# proficiency alone is acceptable).
- Industry-specific experience in insurance (optional).
