2–3 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst (or equivalent experience gained through internships, research projects, or part-time roles).
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, or similar).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Ability to analyze large datasets and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
Understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
Familiarity with statistics, A/B testing, or data modelling; experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) or R is a plus.
Strong communication skills and business mindset, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
