Lead, design and execute compliance monitoring programmes and reviews
Support the identification and analysis of compliance risks across the organization
Identify and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of existing controls mitigating compliance risks
Monitor and track the timely resolution of identified compliance issues
Prepare reports on testing results and compliance findings for senior management
Assist with investigations, ad-hoc risk reviews and special projects as needed
Assist in providing compliance monitoring results for internal and external reporting
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different business units and group functions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (qualification in Law, Business or Finance is a plus)
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit in the financial services industry
Strong skills in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and analysis
Understanding of compliance principles, monitoring and/or audit methodologies, and risk and control frameworks
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy and work independently on monitoring exercises and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
