Role Overview
- Define, maintain and continuously improve PMO documentation, templates and reporting standards
- Consolidate operational inputs from DDI stream managers / teams
- Support the demand management process by structuring demand inputs
- Work closely with DDI managers to define, structure and consolidate KPIs
- Consolidate roadmaps, key milestones, risks and dependencies across DDI streams
- Support the Global PMO in the preparation of governance bodies
- Provide high-quality, unified inputs to the Global PMO for executive and strategic governance
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps or misalignments between DDI streams
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in planning / executing / controlling / closing projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Experience in digital transformation
- Fluent in English
- Desired: Experience of project management using LEAN, AGILE, and PMO methodologies
