Role Overview
- Support strategic trade initiatives including leading Xylem’s First Sale for Export program
- Strengthen global trade compliance and duty optimization
- Develop and execute internal controls to reduce compliance risk
- Act as a strategic liaison to various teams to ensure compliance requirements
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree or higher, or a current Customs Brokers License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global trade compliance
- Specific expertise in U.S. customs regulations and compliance practices
- Strong executive communication and writing skills
- Deep understanding of CBP regulatory framework
