Drive the business forward across product, commercial, operational, and regulatory fronts
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and structural weaknesses – and fix them
Operate as a co-owner of the xStocks and Equities business
Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution
Step into ambiguous or under-owned areas and bring clarity, structure, and momentum
Support strategy, market positioning and GTM with rigorous analysis
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution
Improve operating cadence, decision quality, and accountability across teams
Support market expansion initiatives and new strategic opportunities
Help grow the business – not just measure it

8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles
Background at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred
Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move across strategy, finance, product, and operations
Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred
Strong structured problem-solving skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
Passion for fintech, capital markets, and the evolution of financial infrastructure
