Provide legal advice and recommend courses of action to the business units of Sport Alliance’s subsidiaries, with a focus on data protection law, artificial intelligence, and general IT matters
Advise on all matters related to data protection and artificial intelligence
Prepare documentation and conduct impact and risk assessments for new products (e.g., Data Protection Impact Assessments)
Serve as the subject-matter contact for the introduction of new products and processes in the area of artificial intelligence
Deliver internal training and awareness sessions on data protection law for managers and employees
Requirements
Completed degree in law (First State Examination) or qualification as a business lawyer; completion of the legal traineeship (Referendariat/Second State Examination) is a plus
Experience in the digital industry and at least two years of relevant professional experience, either in-house or at a law firm
Solid knowledge of data protection and IT law, and familiarity with EU regulation (AI Act, Data Act, Digital Services Act)
Big-picture thinker with an understanding of commercial and organizational contexts
Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English for daily communication
