Role Overview
- Build SBM’s voice & personality as a credible, grounded, and trustworthy brand
- Create story arcs and hence content that reflects expert thinking around habits, behavior, and sustainable weight loss
- Create and execute a calendar that keeps up with the marketing, engagement within groups and trends in the industry
- Work alongside creative designers to turn ideas into content pcs
- Track and analyse weekly trends on the SBM handle and take action accordingly
- Turn client journeys into structured proof of what SBM is(testimonials, case studies, belief shifts)
- Communicate the program’s approach clearly and confidently
- Assisting with query management on Founder’s handle
Requirements
- Min Experience: 2 years
- A 0 to 1 experience of managing and growing early stage brands
- A strong alignment to the philosophy of Slow Burn Method and how we think about health and lifestyle
- Great storytelling skills to turn tips, inside stories, student-speak into honest, warm reflections
- A knack to explore and build on the sweet spot between what the brand has to say, what the audience cares about and how the platform functions
- Bonus points if you get how people think and feel, especially around habits, weightloss, self image issues
