Lead end-to-end project execution for private network deployments (LTE/5G Wireless, LTE/5G Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, Network and Cybersecurity)
Work closely with engineering teams, client IT/OT teams, and internal stakeholders to meet project commitments
Track schedules, deliverables, and action items, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where processes and structures continue to evolve
Own delivery of assigned projects, portfolios, or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term partnerships
Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, Project Coordinators, and Associate Project Managers
Provide leadership across multiple projects or workstreams, including potential mentoring and oversight of other project managers
Partner closely with engineering and solution leadership on resource planning, delivery strategy, and execution
Support proposal efforts, planning activities, and strategic client engagements as appropriate for experience level
Operate as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, growth environment supporting both services-based and large-scale EPC or program work

10+ years of industry experience including private network deployments for utilities with a focus on LTE/5G Wireless, LTE/5G Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, Network and Cybersecurity
5+ years experience of Project Management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
