About this role

You manually transfer and maintain datasets from a legacy system into a new invoicing tool
You review, filter, validate, clean, and archive existing data
You ensure data quality and completeness during the migration and document your work steps
You reconcile invoice, customer, and project information across different systems
You support additional administrative tasks in accounting and data management
You communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

You work very carefully, are structured, self-directed, and reliable
You maintain high concentration even when performing repetitive tasks
You handle sensitive data discreetly and confidentially
You are confident using Excel (e.g., filters, formulas, data validation)
You have technical affinity and quickly learn new software tools (ideally you have initial experience with ERP, accounting, or invoicing tools)
Ideally, you have a basic understanding of accounting
