Map, plan, and implement enhancements and new requests related to data and Machine Learning;
Develop end-to-end data science solutions, from data exploration and preparation to model training and evaluation;
Conduct technical and business discovery to understand problems and propose data-driven solutions;
Structure, clean, and sanitize data for analysis and model training;
Develop data pipelines and ETLs using Python and SQL;
Build and evaluate Machine Learning models applied to search, ranking, and recommendation;
Work with embeddings and data representation techniques;
Perform rigorous quantitative analyses and communicate results clearly;
Document experiments, hypotheses, models, and results;
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on the evolution of the search platform;
Independently develop solution prototypes and experiments.

Strong experience with Python and SQL;
Experience with Pandas (Python data analysis library);
Experience in data analysis and numerical modeling;
Knowledge of Machine Learning applied to ranking, recommendation, or classification;
Experience structuring, sanitizing, and preparing data;
Experience training and evaluating Machine Learning models;
Familiarity with embeddings and vector representations of data;
Experience building ETLs and data pipelines;
Ability to carry out end-to-end quantitative analyses, from problem definition to presentation of results;
Strong communication skills to explain insights to people with varying technical backgrounds;
Collaborative profile with good communication and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
