Manage the assigned region by developing strategic accounts, standardizing products and leading commercial negotiations with hospitals, clinics and distributors.
Analyze market data, competitors and market share using tools and audits, monitor trends and identify business opportunities.
Oversee the complete sales cycle (sell-in and sell-out), including sales forecasting, inventory tracking, pricing, orders, invoicing and distributor performance.
Promote products to healthcare professionals to generate demand and strengthen relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement officers and health plan operators.
Develop and execute territorial action plans aligned with brand strategy to grow market share and achieve commercial targets.
Manage customer information and relationships in the CRM, keeping customer records and visit logs up to date.
Support distributor sales force training, participate in industry congresses and maintain continuous product and market knowledge.
Manage the regional budget for commercial and marketing activities, evaluating investments and return on investment (ROI).
Work closely with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Quality, Tax, Commercial, among others) to ensure process efficiency and regional results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with activity in the hospital market.
Background in oncology, ophthalmology or immunology.
Experience selling to distributors, clinics and hospitals, as well as conducting medical visits.
Established relationships with health plan operators and experience negotiating with purchasing professionals.
