Gather and synthesize market, customer and competitive insights to shape and continuously optimize the regional commercialization approach
Translate insights into concrete GTM playbooks, refined commercial plans and sales enablement resources for country teams
Oversee execution of commercialization plans; in coordination with Global, Regional and Country Partners
Lead consultative engagements with strategic accounts and C‑suite stakeholders
Train and certify commercial teams and cross‑functional partners on the Robotics & Digital value proposition
Manage projects in collaboration with country and x-functional partners
Define, track and report regional KPIs
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree is required ( MBA or advanced degree preferred)
A minimum of 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in sales & marketing functions
A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience (leading teams or matrixed resources)
Experience driving adoption, utilization, or scale‑up of complex medical technologies in multiple geographies
Demonstrated success in C‑suite selling (direct), commercial program management and negotiation
Prior robotics & digital commercialization experience (highly preferred)
Background in surgery, surgical robotics or medical technologies (highly preferred)
Prior experience in regional office operations with strong understanding of EMEA market, capital procurement models, GTM and Launch Excellence frameworks (highly preferred)
Proven ability to develop, lead, and nurture strong customer relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent English (Business Professional) is required
