The Senior Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system
Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs
Work closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure maximum margin contribution
Coordinate and drive departments to provide associated inputs to quotations
Follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors
Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team
Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders
Provide creative input to bid strategy
Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM
Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications
Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to stakeholders
Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales
Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on deal structuring and bid strategy
Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates

4+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience
BS/BA in a business or technical field or equivalent experience
Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience
Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems
Proven analytical background
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time
