Role Overview
Channel Planning and Governance
- Manage the strategic communications calendar (Email, SMS and WhatsApp), ensuring an appropriate cadence and preventing message overlap.
- Act as the guardian of the relationship lifecycle, ensuring the customer journey is consistent, relevant and well structured.
Data Management and Segmentation
- Perform advanced audience segmentation, structuring data to target campaigns precisely.
- Ensure the quality and cleansing of databases before each send, reducing the risk of inconsistencies or integration failures.
Stakeholder Coordination and Institutional Approvals
- Coordinate the content validation flow (assets and copy), working in partnership with Legal, Clinical Intelligence and Commercial teams.
- Ensure all communications comply with regulatory standards and the company’s strategic guidelines.
Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze CRM activity results, tracking KPIs such as deliverability, engagement and conversion.
- Generate insights to optimize campaigns, proposing A/B tests, new approaches and improved segmentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields.
- Experience managing CRM campaigns or large-scale customer communications using channels such as Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, RD Station, Braze, Iterable or similar).
- Ability to work with audience segmentation and data analysis, using insights to guide campaigns and improve results.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, such as deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, conversion and engagement.
- Ability to design processes and organize operational workflows, ensuring quality and consistency in communications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal and Data.
Differentials
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Growth, CRM or related areas.
- Experience with customer journey strategies and building relationship orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in technology companies, startups or high-growth digital environments.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, Looker, Power BI or similar).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies for campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with LGPD and good practices for data governance and regulated communications.
